Chris Carsten Named Chief Operating Officer at Kanawha Scales & Systems
Kanawha Scales & Systems, a division of American Equipment Holdings and world leader in the weighing and automation industries, recently named Chris Carsten in Chief Operating Officer search.
Carsten is a decorated senior operations executive joining Kanawha Scales & Systems from Intertek where he served as the Senior Vice President, Planning for 10XCellence. There he was responsible for the the development of a global performance management system to improve operational efficiency and collaboration. Prior to that he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Intertek – PSI, a a division of Intertek Group. Carsten held additional operations leadership roles at The Millard Group, Towne Park. and Cintas Corp.
Carsten earned his Bachelor’s degree from Miami University.
