Rutland most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer, North America at Northvolt. Prior to that, he has held additional finance leadership roles at Skanska, Severn Trent, and Nestle.
Rutland holds an EMBA, Finance and Strategy from Bayes Business School and a BSc, Chemistry from the University of Birmingham.
