GoSite, a prominent provider of technology solutions for small businesses, announced that Alex Goode, long-time Founder and CEO, is transitioning to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board, while industry veteran, Alex Cuevas, will join the company as the new Chief Executive Officer.

The company was founded by Alex Goode 10 years ago from his San Diego apartment. Since then, the platform has helped thousands of small businesses build an online presence, find customers and accept online payments.

As GoSite’s incoming CEO, Alex Cuevas brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the table, particularly in the field of small business technology. He has a proven track record of success in growing companies and leading teams while in executive leadership roles at companies including Yodle, Kaseya, and Legwork. Through these experiences, Alex has gained a deep understanding of the small business segments that GoSite serves. Additionally, his background as the owner of a small business chain of organic plant-based cafes in Miami gives him a unique perspective and understanding of the small business landscape.

The transition will take place beginning this month, during which time Goode will work closely with Cuevas to ensure a smooth transition. Goode, who has been leading the company since its inception in 2013, will continue to be involved with the company in his new role as Chairman.
