Megan O’Donoghue Named Vice President, Global Support for Bullhorn

Bullhorn, the cloud computing company that helps staffing and recruiting organizations transform their businesses, recently named Megan O’Donoghue as Vice President, Global Support.

In this role, O’Donoghue is responsible for the Tier 1 support organization and international enterprise support for all company product lines. She joins Bullhorn from NantHealth where she most recently served as the Vice President of Customer Success and Support and was responsible for the Customer Experience organization for major health plans, health systems, hospitals, provider offices, and large employers. Before entering the SaaS space at NantHealth, Megan led a global team advising Information Technology and Security & Risk executives to adopt business technology best practices at Forrester Research.

O’Donoghue earned her BA, History and Sociology of Science from University of Pennsylvania and her MBA and MS, Information Systems from Boston University.
