Amy Oilman serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Conversica, overseeing Customer Success, Support, Customer Success Operations, and Professional Services. Previously, she held key roles at Google, leading teams in Customer Success Management and Technical Account Management across Southern California and the Bay Area. With a background spanning senior positions at Salesforce, RingCentral, and Sony, Amy brings expertise in customer experience, alliances, consulting, and technology management. Her extensive experience includes coaching managers and executives, as well as conducting sessions on Personal Branding, Self Advocacy, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
Amy earned her BA from Pomona College and her MS from University of Maryland.
