Consumer Talent Report 2022_ON Partners
ON Partners releases its 2022 Consumer Executive Talent Report, highlighting executive search work in the consumer sector across the year. With record growth over the past year, ON Partners highlights a sample of the consumer organizations we’ve helped. We also highlight individual executives we collaborated with this year.
“The year 2022 represented a major period of expansion and growth for ON Partners, with demand for C-level and board executives across several sectors including health & wellness, consumer, sustainability and clean tech, and private equity,” noted Matt Mooney, co-president of ON Partners. “The executive shifts we’re making illustrate our commitment to building the most innovative and disruptive pure-play retained executive search firm in the industry.”
This year alone, ON placed over 400 executives in leadership roles. Notably, 97% of our placements stayed in their roles for more than two years. Moreover, 80% of our clients have worked with us on multiple searches, and 41% of our closed searches were diverse executive appointments. Additionally, ON doubled its executive search work in the consumer sector in 2022.
As non-conformists focused on taking an untraditional approach to executive search, ON consultants continue to place C-level, board, and senior executives across various sub-sectors of the consumer industry, including services, products, retail, hospitality, wellness, and more.
Recently, placements have been made including C-level appointments for consumer companies including Niche, Lucid, WellnessLiving, Adobe, Columbia, Advance Auto Parts, Estee Lauder, Babylist, Papa Johns, and Crocs.
