ON Partners Cheers Clients’ Pandemic Relief Efforts

Apr 9, 2020

In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, our community of clients have been taking extraordinary measures to support others and do their part to help beat the virus.

From product, service and time donations to monetary relief to meals for those in need, our community of clients are proving themselves to be values-driven organizations that care.

“We’ve been inspired by how actively our clients are getting involved and trying to create a better experience for those in their community during these trying times,” noted ON Partners managing partner Tim Conti. “Shining a light on all that they’re doing and encouraging others to get involved is one small but important way we can help.”

Here we celebrate the actions of clients across several industry sectors that are leading with their values. For clients that are asking for donations or otherwise engaging consumers and other organizations to help, we’ve included that information here in case you’d like to support their efforts.

Calendly

Online appointment scheduling software provider Calendly has partnered with Cater2.me to bring weekly donations of time and resources to support Second Helpings, which works to reduce food waste by coordinating logistics between food donors and providers, making sure nutritious food gets to the people who need it most across Atlanta.

“There are optimistic people all around us willing to help,” said Calendly office manager Amy Fincher. “We just have to connect with them—even if that’s virtual right now.”

Crocs

Crocs is donating up to 20,000 free pairs of shoes per day (with free shipping) to healthcare workers on the frontlines of COVID-19. In addition to free online requests for individual workers, Crocs also is committed to donating up to 100,000 pairs of shoes to be distributed across a number of select healthcare facilities and organizations, in a dual effort to get as much product as possible into the hands of those who need it most.

“Over the past few weeks, we have spoken to healthcare workers, their facilities and even their family and friends, and they have specifically asked for our shoes in an effort to provide ease on their feet, as well as ease of mind as they need the ability to easily clean up before they go home to their families,” said Crocs CEO Andrew Rees. “The healthcare industry has always embraced Crocs, but our mantra of ‘be comfortable in your own shoes’ applies now more than ever, and we want to do more to help our nation’s heroes.”

If you know a healthcare worker on the front lines who could use a free pair of shoes, send them here.
