Agata brings over 15 years of experience in leading product, UX, and engineering teams across both B2B SaaS and B2C enterprise eCommerce. She has a proven track record of driving growth from Series B to Series D companies, with deep expertise in creating customer-centric products through data-driven decision-making. Prior to joining ButterflyMX, she served as SVP of Product at FullStory, Senior Manager of Décor at The Home Depot, and Case Team Lead at Bain & Company.
Agata holds a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Michigan.
