Sophie Kocheff is responsible for the research and recruitment of candidates across several industries.
Sophie joins ON Partners from Ohio Citizen Action, the largest grassroots organizing nonprofit in the Midwest. Sophie worked as a Senior Field Organizer raising awareness for environmental issues and building member relationships across the country.
Sophie earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology at John Carroll University where she also served as a research assistant, leading to publications in top scientific journals in the field of ecology. Also, she served as a team captain on the Varsity Women’s Swim & Dive team.
