Nancy Minnich

Nancy Minnich helps drive business development efforts across the ON Partners organization.
She spent 12 years supporting Business Operations with Medicat, LLC, a Healthcare Technology EMR System specializing in Student Healthcare. Prior to Medicat, Nancy was with CIBA Vision (Alcon) for 12 years in various Human Resources Roles.
Nancy received her BA in Psychology from Emory University. She is married with two adult children. In her free time, she helps run Pizza-Porta, a small family business, and enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
