Bio
Kody joined ON Partners as a consultant in 2021. He has since completed 60 + VP and C-level searches across a range of functions for public and private equity-backed organizations in consumer, software, business services, and manufacturing sectors.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University, where he was a member of the Football team and in the leadership scholars program.
He currently resides in Pittsburgh with his fiancée.
