Kelli Mattison is a Project Coordinator at ON Partners, where she serves as a key liaison between clients, candidates, and the ON experience team to deliver a seamless executive search process.

With over seven years in retained search, Kelli brings deep expertise in managing high-touch search operations and supporting global teams. Prior to ON Partners, she was an Engagement Coordinator at True Search, where she partnered with leaders in the People, Talent, & Legal Practice to drive efficient, white-glove search execution across multiple industries.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Central Florida, graduating Cum Laude with Honors. 

Based in Kansas City, Kelli blends her creative background with a passion for operational excellence and client service.
