Joe Mikolay

Operations

Joe serves as the Director of Accounting at ON Partners, overseeing financial reporting, operations, and analysis.  He extends his support to clients, assisting with their invoicing and accounting needs.

Beyond his financial role, Joe enjoys watching Cleveland sports and exploring the great outdoors.  Skiing, running, and hiking are among his favorite activities.

Joe earned a Master’s Degree in Taxation from The University of Akron, along with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Youngstown State University.
