Heather Knowlton

Project Coordinator

Heather Knowlton is a Project Coordinator with ON Partners. Heather acts as a liaison between clients, candidates and on the ON experience team, ensuring a better executive search experience.

She has worked in a support role for over 15 years in many different types of industries. Most recently Heather was an Administrative Manager for a architectural and engineering firm who is well known in the Dallas area for many civil engineering projects. She led, trained and motivated a team of project support staff in all offices regionally and locally.

When Heather is not in the office you can find her spending time with her husband and two children exploring Texas. Originally born and raised in Michigan, she is constantly trying to soak in the hot Texas weather.
