Connor is responsible for supporting the partners of the firm through the research and recruitment of candidates across several industries.
Connor joins ON Partners from Rosman Search, where he spent 3+ years as a Neurology Recruitment consultant, helping health systems nationwide hire top-tier Neurologists.
Prior to Rosman, he was a Full-Cycle Corporate & Technology Sales Recruiter at Park Place Technologies and a Human Resources Generalist at BDI.
Connor has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from John Carroll University.
