Ben Schloss

Ben is responsible for supporting the partners of the firm through the research and recruitment of candidates across several industries.

Before joining ON Partners, Ben spent eight years at PNC within the Institutional Asset Management Group, most recently serving as a Senior Business Development Officer. In that role, he partnered with institutional investment clients to deliver tailored investment and fiduciary solutions, strengthen long‑term relationships, and drive strategic growth across the portfolio.

Ben is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he earned a business degree with a specialization in accounting.

A proud resident of Cleveland, OH, Ben is an enthusiastic supporter of Cleveland & Ohio State sports. Outside of work, he enjoys attending concerts and comedy shows, and trying new restaurants with his fiancé (Jess) as well as spending time with their three pets—dogs (Graham & Josie), and their cat (Beans)—who keep things lively at home.”
