Before joining ON, Ashley was the Human Capital Operating Partner at FFL Partners, a San Francisco based private equity firm. There, Ashley led the firm’s human capital strategy, overseeing executive recruitment across their healthcare and tech-enabled business services portfolio.
Prior to FFL, Ashley held roles at CI Capital Partners, a New-York based mid-market PE firm, and Russell Reynolds Associates, a retained executive search firm.
She holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Adelaide, Australia.
