Regina Freed brings more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, managing semiconductor process and equipment development for both logic and memory processes, including co-optimization between deposition and etch, lithography, metrology, and defect inspection. In previous roles, she led flagship AI solutions programs, delivering AI systems that optimize manufacturing processes across global operations.
Regina holds an MS, Applied Science from University of Twente.
