About Mitchell

Mitchell joined ON Partners in 2021. In that time, he has led C-level and senior leadership searches focused on the broader manufacturing, distribution, and services industries.

Prior to joining ON Partners, Mitchell built his career in aerospace and supply chain operations. Most recently, he served as a Strategic Commodity Manager at Safran, managing procurement strategy and supplier relationships within a complex manufacturing environment. Earlier in his career at NMG Aerospace, he held roles focused on global procurement, inventory management, operational efficiency, and supplier performance, where he led cost-saving initiatives and supported large-scale manufacturing operations.

Mitchell earned his degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Cleveland State University, where he was also a collegiate golfer. Following graduation, he spent two seasons coaching with the Colorado State University golf program. He resides in the Cleveland area with his wife and two daughters.
