The ON community of executive leaders and organizations is making progress on our important DEI journey, recognizing the great strides made in the first half of 2021


July 2021 – As a values-driven executive search firm, we believe a better experience starts with a more diverse experience. We understand our unique position of influence as executive search consultants, and our responsibility to help increase the number of diverse executives in business in collaboration with our ON community of leaders.

During the first half of 2021, ON Partners consultants continued to place a diverse group of senior executives with organizations across many market sectors. To date this year, 39% of all closed ON searches were diverse placements, and 48% of all closed searches in June were diverse placements.

We’ve also further integrated diversity initiatives into the fabric of our daily operations and client deliverables to take an active approach to DEI – not simply in words, but with tangible actions and results. While we know there is still much work to be done, we want to continue to recognize organizations and executive leaders within our community that have made great strides in building diverse leadership teams.

As part of that recognition and ON’s commitment to building more diverse organizations, we’ve created the DEI Video Series, tapping into our community of leaders and executive influencers to understand and share what actions they are taking, where the challenges are, and how they have progressed in their DEI journey.
