Susan Allen is a dynamic leader able to drive results for companies, people and clients. Known for having a nose for talent, she brings with her twenty plus years of executive experience leading people, enterprise value and high performing teams.

Prior to ON Partners, Susan led Talent Acquisition and Training and Development for Payscape, an early stage financial technology company based in Atlanta. Before Payscape, she had 10 years placing ‘C’ level officers and high level executives in many industries with a boutique executive search firm. Earlier in her career at Viacom/MTV Networks, she rose to Regional Vice President of Affiliate Sales and Marketing responsible for $250 million in revenue and driving strategy for revenue and distribution for all MTVN networks. As a key member of the Affiliate Sales and Marketing executive team, she led efforts for national accounts, regional accounts and championed the successful MTVN Mentoring program. Susan was chosen as one of 25 women to join the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, an elite fellowship sponsored by Women in Telecommunications. Additionally, she held board positions with the Atlanta Chapter of Women in Cable and Telecommunications, is a member of CTAM as well as being on the Brookhaven Board for the Atlanta Ronald McDonald Charities.

Susan lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, has two grown sons and a very energetic dog.
