Nancy Minnich
Nancy helps drive business development efforts across the ON Partners organization, bringing a broad background in operations and human resources to her work.
Before joining ON, Nancy spent 12 years supporting business operations at Medicat, LLC, a healthcare technology company specializing in electronic medical records for student healthcare. Prior to that, she spent 12 years with CIBA Vision (Alcon) in various human resources roles — giving her a strong foundation in both operational support and people-focused leadership.
Nancy holds a B.A. in Psychology from Emory University.
Outside the office, Nancy is married with two adult children and helps run Pizza-Porta, a small family business. When she's not doing that, she can be found traveling or spending time with family.
