Bailey Thomas works with private equity and growth equity organizations on executive search engagements across software, consumer tech, AI & emerging tech, and services.
Before joining ON Partners, Bailey served as an Enterprise Account Executive at Pegasystems, a provider of BPM and CRM software solutions, where she built expertise navigating complex enterprise relationships.
Bailey earned her bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.
Outside of work, Bailey is an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and her hometown Atlanta Braves. She enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with her husband, Kyle, son, Miller, and her french bulldog and golden retriever.
