TESCO Controls, a United Flow Technologies (“UFT”) company, one of the nation’s largest systems integrators in the water/wastewater industry, named Esmeralda Peña the Vice President, People Operations and Human Resources.
Esmeralda has a decorated background serving in human resources operations roles across industries. She joins TESCO Controls from Vanir where she was the Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to that, she was the Director of Human Resources at Crestwood Behavioral Health.
Esmeralda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.
