QGenda Appoints Thomas P. Schroeder as Chief Customer Officer
QGenda, the leading innovator in healthcare workforce management solutions, recently named Thomas P. Schroeder as Chief Customer Officer.
As Chief Customer Officer, Schroeder will lead the company’s team of customer-focused professionals to deliver a world-class customer experience. He brings over 25 year of experience leading services teams for leading technology organizations including AT&T, XO Communications (now Verizon), Con Edison, and Glowpoint (now Oblong). Prior to joining QGenda, he led professional services, technical support, and customer success teams at Pure Storage serving as the Vice President, Global Professional Services. He also held multiple roles at NetApp, most recently Vice President, Services and Support.
Schroeder earned his BSA, Economics from West Virginia University.
