His recent work includes leadership placements for companies such as Avio, Watts Water Technologies, Grunt Style, BMC, and Applied Materials, spanning CEO, functional C-suite, and senior operating roles.

As an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician, he completed more than 400 active disarmaments, developing an approach grounded in precision, discretion, and sound judgment in high-consequence environments. His broader combat service, recognized with the Bronze Star and Purple Heart, further informs his leadership style and perspective on responsibility, risk, and consequence. These principles now define his approach to executive assessment and leadership placement for investors and boards.
