Adam brings extensive expertise in SaaS financial strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership. He previously served as CFO and COO at Signiant, where he led the company’s transformation from traditional licensing to a SaaS model – driving 350% revenue growth, 2000% customer expansion, and ultimately a successful acquisition. He has also guided the financial strategy behind several other successful exits, including Signiant, Sermo, and Gomez.
Adam holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
