Caldarella brings over 20 years of experience in sales, relationship and team building within the Professional Employer Organization and HR Outsourcing industry. He joins DecisionHR from Resourcing Edge where he was the Vice President of Sales, Eastern U.S.. Additionally, he has held sales and financial services management roles at TriNet and Oasis Outsourcing.
Caldarella earned his BS, Management from Pennsylvania State University.
