Taylor Walthers Appointed as Vice President, Human Resources at ConData
ConData, a global leader in freight and parcel audit recovery services, appointed Taylor Walthers as Vice President, Human Resources. In this pivotal role, she will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent management, employee experience, and driving organizational growth through people-first initiatives.
Prior to joining ConData, Taylor Walthers served as Director of HR & Culture at TransLoop for over three years, where she played a critical role in shaping people strategies, enhancing workplace culture, and enabling business expansion across logistics functions. Her leadership was instrumental in aligning HR with company performance goals during a phase of rapid growth.
She brings over five years of experience from CJ Logistics America, where she progressed through roles including Senior Human Resources Manager, HR Manager, and HR Generalist. During this time, she managed complex talent operations across multiple locations and led initiatives in employee relations, HR compliance, and workforce development. She also held operational roles such as Customer Operations Lead Analyst, and was part of the Successful Careers in Logistics Rotation Program, showcasing her cross-functional acumen.
Taylor holds a Bachelor’s, Business Administration from Benedictine University.
