ON Partners publishes its new Q1 2022 Report with key executive search learnings, results, insights, and highlights
ON Partners, the experience-driven firm focused on pure-play retained executive search, has launched its new Q1 2022 report stocked full of executive search insights for the beginning of the 2022 year. The report encapsulates the most popular articles and topics from ON so far this year and shares the recent successful appointments made within the ON community.
It’s no secret the competition for senior talent is fiercer than ever as we move through 2022, with COVID putting the ability of businesses to effectively solve customer problems front and center.
“It might be too early to say what 2022 will look like but based on the first quarter and our forward projections, we expect more growth and more demand for our services,” said Tim Conti, managing partner at ON Partners. “Obviously, there are many external factors that could impact that, but right now this year looks like it is going to be another incredible year, with a ton of demand for leadership and significant competition for talent.”
ON Partners collaborated with executives across a multitude of industry sectors to appoint over 50 C-level and board leaders in new positions this quarter. Congratulations to Rinki Sethi for her new position as CISO for Bill.com (NYSE:BILL), a leading provider of cloud-based software that simplifies, digitizes, and automates back-office financial processes for small and midsize businesses (SMBs). Sethi has more than two decades of security and technology leadership expertise and was most recently Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Twitter and Rubrik Inc.
Congratulations to Jeffrey Herbst for his new board leadership role at MicroVision, Inc. (NASDAQ:MVIS), a leader in MEMS-based solid-state automotive lidar and ADAS solutions. Herbst spent nearly twenty years at NVIDIA where he built and managed an ecosystem of accelerated computing applications spanning the domains of AI, data science, autonomous machines, and graphics and visualization.
It was a pleasure partnering with Impossible Foods, the plant-based substitute for meat products, on the appointment of Johanna Honeyfield as Vice President, Finance and Strategy. Honeyfield has over 15 years of experience in finance leadership roles in Ireland, Singapore, Japan, and the United States. She joins Impossible Foods from Diageo, a global leader in spirits and beers.
Brian Klapac joins Mindbody, the leading experience technology platform for the wellness industry, as their new SVP, Technology. Klapac brings over 20 years of experience in the Software/SaaS industry-leading IT and operations from early-stage startups to global, multi-billion dollar corporations including Forcepoint, ServiceNow, and VMWare.
