Kamal Bal Named Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of Pizza Hut Digital Ventures

Pizza Hut Digital Ventures has appointed Kamal Bal to Chief Digital Officer (CDO). Bal is a proven digital CX Director with 15+ years of customer and technology experience with blue-chip organizations. Prior to joining Pizza Hut, Bal was the Director of Global Digital Customer Experience at Avon, where he was responsible for building, delivering, and optimizing all customer-facing digital experiences to support global acquisition and retention of reps and customers. Bal was the Head of Digital Customer Experience and Strategic Delivery Proposition Programme at Marks and Spencer, a forward-thinking, future-focused, and digital-first retail organization. He started his career at Accenture as a Manager, where he was responsible for the design, test, implementation, and project management for several large-scale transformation programs in the UK retail sector.
Bal majored in Japanese and Management Studies at the University of Leeds.
