Ball Corporation appoints former Mars sales executive, Shirley Ulrich, to VP, Commercial North, and Central America
Ball Corporation (NYSE: BLL), one of the world’s leading suppliers of aluminum packaging and aerospace technologies, has appointed Shirley Ulrich to Vice President, Commercial North and Central America. Recently Ball Corporation partnered with Bud Light to bring the infinitely recyclable Ball Aluminum Cups™ to guests at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa for the Big Game. The aluminum cups, which are also available to fans at major events and venues across the country and for purchase online, are a demonstration of the partners’ commitment to leveraging the Big Game’s scale to advance sustainability in the industry.
Ulrich joins Ball as a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record of transformational growth in consumer products businesses across a broad range of leading brands in the consumer electronics, entertainment, personal care, healthcare, and food categories. Prior to joining Ball, Ulrich spent seven years at Mars where she was most recently the Vice President, Sales leading the U.S. grocery and Target business for Mars Wrigley. Ulrich has held senior-level sales positions at Nintendo, Johnson & Johnson, and the Pillsbury Company.
Ulrich holds her BS in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University – Erivan K. Haub School of Business.
