ON Partners named on Hunt Scanlon’s new roundup of the most prominent executive search firms in HR and Diversity recruiting

March 2021 – ON Partners, the experience-driven retained executive search firm, is proud to be named to the HR and Diversity Power 65 Recruiting list announced by market research firm Hunt Scanlon.  The list encompasses the leading executive search firms specializing in human resources and diversity, equity & inclusion.

As a values-driven executive search firm, ON Partners believes a better experience starts with a more diverse experience. We understand our unique position of influence as executive search consultants, and our responsibility to help increase the number of diverse executives in business in collaboration with our ON community of leaders. ON remains committed to further integrating diversity initiatives into the fabric of our daily operations and client deliverables to take an active approach to DEI – not simply in words, but with tangible actions and results.

In 2020, 37% of all executive search assignments ON Partners completed were diverse leadership placements. And we have placed over 200 diverse executives in leadership positions in the last few years.
