At ON Partners, we believe a better executive search experience matters, and part of that experience includes  playing a role in building more inclusive and diverse executive leadership teams.

Hack.Diversity is a unique internship-to-employment pipeline.  The program provides diversity consulting and training for hiring companies, and provides engineers of color with training, coaching, and mentoring – positioning both employer and employee for long-term success.  Their vision? They want a 100% increase in the number of Black and Latinx technical talent in the innovation economy in Boston.
