Backed by over a decade of executive search experience, Aaron’s practice spans several industries including traditional Software, Cloud/SaaS, Telecommunications, Information Services, Big Data and Professional Services companies.
Prior to ON, Aaron was a Principal with Heidrick & Struggles’ Global Technology + Services practice and a founding member of their Global Sales Officers Practice. Previously, he held various positions in the financial services industry with SunTrust Mortgage Company, Salomon Brothers and Bank of America.
Aaron earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Covenant College.
