Joe Olson supports multiple vertical & functional practice areas within ON Partners. He recruits top talent regionally and internationally for both public and private companies across a variety of industries, including e-commerce, software, digital media, online gaming, consumer electronics and financial technology. Recent clients include Airbnb, BeachBody, Logitech and AlixPartners.

Joe joins the firm from Taylor Winfield, a boutique search firm where he primarily focused on venture-backed technology companies – most notably in the digital media, consumer internet/ecommerce and SaaS arenas. Joe is based in our Dallas office and is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development and Organizational Psychology.
