With over twenty years of executive search experience, Andy Hickman is a recognized expert in relationship-based search execution.

During his search career, Andy has placed more than 200 executives across a variety of industries, functions and geographies.

He joined ON Search Partners in 2010 after fifteen years with Korn/Ferry International, where he served as a Senior Client Partner in the Global Technology Practice.

Andy is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, earning both a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelors of Science in Chemistry.

He lives in Dallas with his wife Treasure and three sons Chance, Cooper and Tanner.
