Aaron Clark is a Partner with ON Partners. Backed with over a decade of executive search experience, Aaron’s practice focuses on senior level sales and general management searches across a broad range of clients including Fortune 500 companies and smaller, growth-oriented organizations.

Aaron’s clients span several industries including traditional Software, Cloud/SaaS, Telecommunications, Information Services, Big Data and Professional Services companies, and include: DataStax, CA Technologies, Informatica, Solarwinds, Red Hat Software, Qualtrics, EnerNOC, Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, Akamai Technologies, Blue Coat Systems, Silver Lake Partners.

Prior to ON, Aaron was a Principal with Heidrick & Struggles’ Global Technology + Services practice. Previously, he held various positions in the financial services industry with SunTrust Mortgage Company, Salomon Brothers and Bank of America.

Aaron earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Covenant College.
